ROBERT ANTONIO
Chief Executive Officer/ President
Engr Roberto Antonio is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Aroenergy Company, He has over 49 years of experience in all phases of the oil and gas exploration and production business with focal areas on company start-ups, management of exploratory prospect origination, and in drilling, completion and production operations management. Mr. Robert is the President, and co-owner of Aro Energy (Petroleum) LLC, privately owned, independent oil and gas companies engaged in the exploration and production of oil and natural gas.
Bianca Madden
Organizational Manager
Bianca Madden joined Aro Energy LLC in 2008 as the Organizational Manager. Bianca has experience in HR, office management and business ownership across multiple industries. She began her career in Employee Benefits at the Fox Photo Corporation in San Antonio. She moved to Dallas and worked for USLIFE Corporation where she was an HR business partner and managed a small team. She has worked since in management for several small businesses as well as had her own consulting firm. Bianca graduated from Dallas Baptist University with a Master of Arts in Organizational Management.
Angela Cassell
Controller
Angela has over 18 years of Accounting and Finance experience, primarily in energy and oil and gas industries. She began her career as the Controller of a Texas erosion company, moving directly into Energy accounting with Tenaska Power Services. She then spent the next several years in Power generation and midstream fuel settlement with Luminant Energy. Most recently she was a Director of Accounting for a downstream Petroleum fuel company. Angela graduated Magna Cum Laude from Texas Tech University with a Master of Science Degree in Tax Accounting and a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Accounting. Angela is also a Texas Certified Public Accountant.
